IMPACT was founded as a grassroots initiative in 1991 to intervene and prevent youth from entering a life of crime.  Since its founding, IMPACT Family Counseling has provided professional counseling services to "at-risk" Birmingham youth and their families.  IMPACT is a 501©3, non-profit, faith-based, United Way agency.
