Successful Schools
IMPACT provides individual and group counseling and behavior aid support services designed to reduce the conflicts and problem behaviors exhibited by students. IMPACT provides this service to children who need extra time, attention, and support. The Successful Schools Program seeks to support school counselors, teachers, and administrators in identifying and counseling youth who are at-risk for engaging in delinquent behavior that inhibits academic success.
The Successful Schools Program has separate services that can be offered to school systems individually or grouped together.
In-School Counseling: IMPACT places credentialed counselors at various schools to offer on-going counseling to youth in need of additional intervention services.
Behavior Aide Support Specialist: IMPACT places professional aides with youth in need of intensive daily one-on-one supervision to increase safety and academic success.
To arrange services, School Coordinators, Administrators, Director of Student Services, Director of Special Education Services, and other School Board Personnel should contact IMPACT to determine the level of services needed for the school system. These services are then arranged on an as-needed basis.
