The Outpatient Counseling Program offers private therapy services with licensed, experienced, and professional counselors who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for their clients. Regardless of what brings you through our doors, we are committed to providing you with the support you need in order to better yourself and/or situation. ​

Impact accepts most Insurance including:

*Alabama Medicaid (under 21)

Pediatrician referral is required for AL medicaid

Sliding Scale Fee available

​Individual, family, couple, and youth (aged 6+) counseling is available by appointment only. Appointments are generally available Monday-Friday from 9-5 at our Vestavia Hills location. ​

Outpatient Appointments via Outpatient Counseling Client Portal

Please contact our office to begin our outpatient intake process. We do not do same day appointments. The initial consultation appointment fee is $50 and it will be required to be paid at the time of scheduling your first session. If you have insurance, we can bill direct to your carrier. If you are a Medicaid insurance holder, please see our dedicated Medicaid Insurance page. If you don’t have insurance, then IMPACT offers our counseling services using a sliding fee scale based on annual household income.
